This anime doesn't take itself too seriously. The lead character Sakumoto Ryouma is a lot like Basara from Macross 7 and runs around yelling "Listen to my song!"
The animation and colors are very nice, plus there's plenty of fanservice of sexy anime men getting half naked.
Set in the later years of the Edo period, one wonders how they have microphones and electric guitars... but then I forgot about it....because there was topless bishies and I don't need historical accuracy when there's hot men to look at.
Anyways, here's the screenshots. This anime was so pretty that I took quite a lot. Enjoy :)
